It is our ultimate goal to serve many happy customers.

Below you’ll find our warranty terms & conditions and information on how to file a claim in the event that a part is defective.


We will replace the defective part within one year from the date of purchase.


Premium Pads Supplied with All Trampolines

We will replace the defective part within six months from the date of purchase.

How to file a warranty claim

In order to file a claim and receive a prompt response, please provide us with the following information : a copy of the receipt from the store where you purchased your Upper Bounce trampoline and photo of the damage if applicable.

The warranty does not cover parts that show abuse or damage by wind, snow, weight overload or general neglect of maintenance.

Missing or broken parts

We make every effort to ensure that we ship our products in perfect condition. In the event that you receive your trampoline with any of the parts missing, broken or bent, or if there are holes in the net or mat, please contact customer service for immediate replacement at no cost to the customer.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just let us know by email, in writing or by phone within 30 days from the date you purchased your order. We will be glad to refund the purchase price, less 15%, or exchange the item(s), as you wish. We do not accept returns after 30 days of your purchase, at that time the terms of our manufacturer's warranty applies.


Please note, for all reasons other than merchandise defect, the standard return policy stated herein applies. In order to be eligible for return or exchange, all returned products must be in original and unused condition; this includes original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All return must be placed in a secure sealed corrugated carton for return shipment to us.


Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items back to the manufacturer. If customer paid for original shipping costs the shipping charges are not refundable.


Any damage or any missing items noticed upon receipt should be reported to us promptly and the item will will be replaced at our expense.


To return a product, you will need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, you may contact us via email or phone call. Write the RMA number on the outside of the carton. (RMA 1234) Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted and will render your return ineligible for refund.


To cancel your order, please provide us your order number, name, billing address and the items you ordered. We will respond as soon as we have had a chance to review the status of your order. If your order has shipped, we will provide you with an RMA number which you should use when returning the item. If your order has not shipped we will gladly cancel your order without further obligation by you.


Check Your Order

Once your order arrived, please check that there is no damage and if all the parts are included. If you notice that there are some parts missing, do not send back the item. Please notify us of the missing parts and we will immediately send you the parts that you are missing at no extra cost to you.



All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Styles and packaging as well as inventory are also subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to refuse sales to re-sellers.


Errors and Corrections

We made every attempt to keep our website up to date with the most recent products, pricing, information and availability, but errors do happen and we apologize if that caused any misunderstanding. We are not responsible for pricing or information errors on our website. If an order is placed and an item in the order is deemed to have been incorrectly priced, the customer will be contacted for a price update before the order is processed.
