US / International Defective and Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you are happy with your product.  SkyBound USA products are warrantied to the original owner against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.  If you’ve purchased a SkyBound product and you believe it’s flawed or defective, please fill out the following form to begin your warranty request.

SKYBOUND STANDARD REPLACEMENT TRAMPOLINE MATS

SkyBound's standard series trampoline mats are a direct replacement for your tired, worn-out trampoline mat. SkyBound's standard series mat comes with a full 2 year warranty on the stitching and v-rings and a 3 year warranty on the mat from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

 

SKYBOUND PREMIUM REPLACEMENT TRAMPOLINE MATS

SkyBound's premium series trampoline mats are a higher quality replacement than the standard series for your tired, worn-out trampoline mat. SkyBound's premium series mat comes with a full 3 year warranty on the stitching and v-rings and a 5 year warranty on the mat from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

 

SKYBOUND REPLACEMENT TRAMPOLINE PADS

SkyBound's trampoline pads are better quality replacement pads for your tired, worn out OEM trampoline pads. Designed to withstand the rigorous beating of everyday trampoline use and featuring a durable, weather resistant outer shell stuffed with foam, our standard series trampoline pads come with a full 6 month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

 

SKYBOUND REPLACEMENT TRAMPOLINE NETS

SkyBound's standard series trampoline nets are a direct (OEM) replacement for your stretched and worn-out OEM trampoline net. Our standard series trampoline enclosure nets are designed to keep your children safely within the trampoline enclosure. Our standard series trampoline nets come with a 6 month warranty from date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

 

SKYBOUND SILVER STANDARD TRAMPOLINE SPRINGS

SkyBound's standard trampoline springs are made from quality galvanized stainless steel. SkyBound's standard trampoline springs are among the best springs available on the market. SkyBound offers a 6 month warranty from date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

 

SKYBOUND GOLD PREMIUM TRAMPOLINE SPRINGS

SkyBound's premium trampoline springs are made from a process that adds a colored zinc coating to our galvanized steel springs. This process adds up to 50% more durability, increased protection against rust, corrosion, and the elements, as well as lasting longer than our regular galvanized steel springs. With our springs having the most coils per inch and 3.0 plus wire gauge. These are the best springs available on the market. SkyBound offers a full 1 year warranty from date of purchase for any manufacturer defects.

US Return Policy:

SkyBound USA Return Policy has you in mind.  If you decide that your SkyBound Product is not right for you within 60 days of receipt you may return it for a full refund.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition with all included accessories.
  • RMA # (Returns Authorization Number) is required for all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping for non-defective items.
  • All refunds will be credited to original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse

How to request a return: (All request will be processed with 48 hours)
Option 1: Log into your account where you originally purchased your product and request a return.  Approval email with a RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.
Option 2: Visit www.skyboundusa.com/returns and fill out our Return Request Form.  Approval email with a RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.

 

International Return Policy:

SkyBound USA Return Policy has you in mind.  If you decide that your SkyBound Product is not right for you within 30 days of receipt you can return it for a refund.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Product must be in new, unused condition with all included accessories.
  • RMA # (Returns Authorization Number) is required for all returns.
  • Customers are responsible for Return Shipping costs as well as any Duties and Taxes.
  • Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
  • All refunds will be credited to original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse.

How to request a return: (All request will be processed within 48 hours)

  • Visit skyboundusa.com/returns and fill out our Return Request Form.  Approval email with a RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.

 

To help us better track your return, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before shipping your products back. Please fill out the fields below to begin the process.

SHIPPING FAQ

Where do we ship?

Continental US (Lower 48 States)

We offer free Shipping on all of our trampoline replacement parts and our Super 4 and Super 7 Trampolines to the Lower 48 States except when noted on promotional or sale items. Our products ship via USPS and UPS Ground at our discretion.

 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you will get a quote for shipping expenses at checkout when you input your shipping address. 

 

International Orders

We now ship to every country around the world. Customers will get their shipping rates along with duties and taxes in their checkout page. Both rates must be prepaid by the customer when placing the order. 

 

Do you ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes?

 We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. If your order has an APO/FPO or P.O. Box as the shipping address, a member of our customer service team will contact you for an alternate address., if you do not have an alternate address within the US or Canada, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

Did my order ship?

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with your order summary and order number, please hold onto this for future reference. Once your order has been processed and tracking information is available, and email will be sent to you with the tracking information and the carrier being used to ship you order. Your order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Most orders will arrive to you within 5 business days from the shipping date, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping times maybe longer and will vary for Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

 

How do I track my order?

Once you have received your tracking and carrier information, you can track your package through the carrier’s website or toll free phone numbers. This information will be supplied to you in your shipping confirmation email.
