Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship to commercial businesses and schools?

Yes! We work closely with several corporations and schools on there outdoor equipment. 

All bulk orders are eligible for custom quotes and discounts. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at via live chat or hellojumpinjungle@gmail.com  stating you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.  

If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to Info@jumpinjungle.com   and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day).

How do I place an order?


To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Secure Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

You will receive an immediate order confirmation and we will process your order immediately.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. 

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.

Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?

An order confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us for each order you submit. We recommend that you print and save the e-mail confirmation for your records. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly to ensure that you receive your order confirmation.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in Seattle and do not charge sales tax. This alone can save you hundreds of dollars compared to ordering elsewhere.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at hellojumpinjungle@gmail.com and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 2 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays.

  1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

    Most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. After it's shipped out, average delivery times are 5-9 business days, depending on your location. Than 1-3 days to update tracking information.There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders.

    If it's an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

  2. WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT IN THE STANDARD TIME?

    There may be some delays when there is a sudden, large influx of orders. Also, be sure to double-check the product description -- was your purchase for a pre-order? Some of our top designs sell out faster than we can make them, so this can add a few days to your order's processing time.

  3. WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATED?

    Some shipping providers don't offer real-time tracking information -- they might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.

  4. WHERE IS Jumpin Jungle LOCATED?

    We’re located in the United States of America! We ship from multiple warehouses as though we work with many different products.

  5. IF A PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT EVER BE RESTOCKED?

    If an item sells out, it will usually be restocked within a few weeks. If you would like to purchase a sold out item, the best thing you can do is go to the product page and sign up to receive an e-mail notification when it comes back in stock or contact us by visiting our Contact Us page.

  6. I PLACED AN ORDER BUT IT SAID MY ADDRESS WAS 'UNCONFIRMED'. IS THIS A PROBLEM/HOW CAN I FIX IT?

    There's no need to worry. Whether or not an address is confirmed is a PayPal feature that won't in any way affect your order with us.
